Customers are updated daily regarding every aspect of project design, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, rollout scheduling, and installation. Unforeseen obstacles and production glitches can play havoc with a production schedule. Open and honest communication has worked well for the Morgan Li team, ever since our corporate patriarch, Maurice Rosenband, began his fixture refurbishment business over 70 years ago. His son Phil, following his father’s footsteps, founded industry giant Morgan Marshall over 25 years ago, and currently handles global development for Morgan Li. Phil’s sons Andy and Jonathan have continued the tradition— and the conversation— carrying on the family’s long tradition of exceptional customer service.
