HUB | Champaign Daniel

One of the premier apartment destinations available to University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign students, The Hub Champaign is one of the newest and boldest complexes in the city. Home to 241 units and 569 beds, The Hub Champaign gives students an upscale space to study or relax during some of the best years of their life.

In partnership with designers at Roomy and real estate developer Core Spaces, Morgan Li furnished the space with hospitality-grade furniture needed to equip living spaces and common areas. Domestic and international, wood and metal, we worked hard to ensure the project came out on-time, on budget, and just like the rendering.

About The Hub Champaign Daniel

The new Hub Champaign Daniel provides independent student housing through a modern, custom-designed layout complete with stylish studio apartments to VIP suites.

Located near the UIUC campus and minutes from Champaign’s hottest shopping and dining venues, Hub Champaign Daniel offers upscale amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop pool with a bird’s eye view of Champaign, as well as common spaces to get to know other residents.

About the Space

From stylish studios to spacious VIP suites, Hub Champaign Daniel provides students with modern layouts, access to the city’s best dining, common spaces, and incredible amenities. With every detail planned out, Roomy aimed to provide students with high-tech solutions, designer elements and more needed to make life easy.

But when seeking out a partner to deliver the beds, dressers, furniture, and more, they needed a team with the expertise to get the job done on their timeline. That’s when they turned to Morgan Li.

Already known for its work in the student housing space, Morgan Li was tasked with furnishing the 241-unit space with beds, headboards, desks, furniture, and more, blending wood, metal, and more to get the job done.

A true testament to our hybrid production capabilities, our Chinese production partner built chairs and metal elements while our domestic team completed wood furniture just a few hours away in Chicago Heights, Illinois.

Throughout the process, our project managers kept things moving, our distribution & logistics team coordinated the delivery, and our customer service team made sure lines of communication were open. Installed with time to spare, this successful project has set Morgan Li up for future projects with both Roomy and Core Spaces including The Hub Los Angeles and more.
