CABINET MAKER
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working knowledge of woodworking tools & machinery.
- Working knowledge of cabinetry & other various wood structures/products.
- Experience working with laminates.
- Experience in manufacturing and assembly.
- Must be able to take accurate measurements (English System – In).
- Must be able to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Highly oriented to detail and accuracy in all work with ability to produce good quality work.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Flexible approach to working time to meet deadlines/peak workloads.
- Must be a team player.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years minimum experience required.
- Abilities required.
- Physically able to lift materials (50lbs or more).
- Bi-lingual (Spanish – English) a PLUS but not required.
- Other duties, as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery.
