Scott Diffley
VP of Sales

Phillip Rosenband

Phil helped build the foundation Morgan Li stands on today.
With more than 50 years in the industry, Phil is one of the most experienced and respected voices in retail manufacturing. He’s seen the business evolve—and has played a major role in shaping it.
Taking over the family business from his father, Phil transformed it into what became Morgan Marshall, helping pioneer a new way of thinking about retail environments. He recognized early that fixtures weren’t just functional—they could drive the customer experience. By bringing backroom systems onto the sales floor, he helped retailers sell more, show more, and think differently. That mindset still defines Morgan Li today.
Phil remains actively involved, continuing to bring ideas, perspective, and a relentless work ethic to the business. He’s known for cutting through complexity, focusing on what matters, and helping clients find smarter, more efficient ways to get results.
Morgan Li is now led by his sons, Andy and Jonathan, but the throughline is clear—three generations of experience, built on service, innovation, and doing the work the right way. For Phil, it’s never just been about building products—it’s about building relationships that last.
Jeanna Giordano
SR VP of Business Development
Jeanna leads one of Morgan Li’s most important client relationships.
Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, Jeanna works closely with Phil to support and grow one of the company’s largest accounts. She brings a deep understanding of what major retailers need—and how to deliver at scale without losing focus on quality or execution.
With over 20 years in the store fixture industry, Jeanna has been responsible for major metal, wire, and refurbishment programs for Walmart U.S., along with international markets including China, India, and South Africa. She understands the complexity of global programs and knows how to navigate them effectively.
Jeanna is known for her consistency, responsiveness, and ability to manage large, ongoing programs with precision. In addition to her work with Walmart, she’s helped develop new business with brands like JCPenney, Sephora, and VF Corporation.
She brings a steady, experienced approach that clients trust—ensuring programs run smoothly and relationships continue to grow.

As Engineering Supervisor and CAD Manager, Brandon leads the technical side of design—making sure concepts are translated into accurate, functional, and production-ready solutions.
