But when its newest owners looked to modernize the space, they needed a partner with the skill and capability to get the job done. That’s when they turned to custom furniture fabricator Morgan Li.

Offering a variety of room options for guests, the Magnolia Tree Anaheim has long been known for its convenient, central location. From single rooms built to accommodate two adults to family suites spacious enough for six guests, each room features modern décor, soft linens, and designer touches.

Looking to provide modern and welcoming accommodations to guests, operators needed to update rooms and make the most of the space. And to do this, they needed a partner with the skill and expertise to build furniture, casegoods, and more. That’s when they turned to Morgan Li.
After working with us on sister hotels Infinity Hotel, Hotel Petaluma, and Inn Marin Novato, Magnolia Tree Hotel’s owners and designers knew that Morgan Li was a name they could trust for on-time, on-budget execution.
Morgan Li’s own Chief Creative Officer Tery Young took on the task. As Morgan Li’s resident hospitality expert, Tery designed furniture, coordinated production, managed delivery, and oversaw installation, taking complete control over this exciting project.
Leveraging both his own and Morgan Li’s expertise in building custom furniture, we worked to build a space that families could embrace.
Clean and simple designs made the most of the space—and showed off some of Morgan Li’s specialties including freestanding closets, bunk beds, and more. And by combining wood and metal elements, rooms fit the hotel’s budget while offering guests a welcoming experience to set off on their adventures.
