What We’re Looking For: Customer Service Manager

This position manages the day-to-day relationship between our company and assigned customers. Processes and tracks orders, order changes, and acknowledges delivery on PO’s. Ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes overall quality and customer satisfaction.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must successfully be able to achieve the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Main point of contact for all customer communications relating to assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for processing incoming customer orders. Process and enter accurate sales orders, order changes and RMA’s into ERP system.
  • Acknowledges orders, follows up on price changes, customer concerns, needs and delivery.
  • Ensures all issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor shipping, prints pick lists for shipments and coordinate schedules with logistics department.
  • Assists in maintaining all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare necessary export paperwork for international shipments.
  • Track for On Time Deliveries.
  • Analyze and initiate corrective/ preventive actions as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track customer complaints and defects for performance metrics.
  • Prepares daily bookings of orders, sales reports, and other customer information as required.
  • Maintains customer data base and price lists.
  • Provides back up for other Customer Service positions.
  • Participate in annual Physical Inventory.
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Two years Associate degree or equivalent job experience in Customer Service or Manufacturing Support.
  • Working knowledge of international shipping.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook required).
  • Must work well in an environment with firm deadlines, results oriented, and perform multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills required, capable of making timely, independent decisions, excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
