Old Navy Times Square

For years, Morgan Li and Old Navy have worked closely. We were there when they hit their first billion. We’ve been there for a whole lot of projects ever since. So when it came time for the retailer to set up shop in beautiful Times Square, where else would they turn?

After Toys R Us left 1514 Broadway, an exciting space needed tenants. And one company saw an opportunity to make a splash. How? Split the 62,000 square foot retail space between its two most iconic brands. So when it was time to get to work, designers knew where to turn: Their old friends at Morgan Li.

With a dedicated GAP team and a facility ready to take on a significant project like this, it was all hands on deck to engineer and build custom fixtures across both the GAP and Old Navy flagships. In turn, each 31,000 square foot space got the attention it needed.

Though the Toys ‘R’ Us Ferris Wheel didn’t remain at the space, this high-profile location received some of Morgan Li’s best work. Part of our longstanding relationship with Gap and Old Navy, Morgan Li took on the project and equipped the space with custom fixtures built to make a lasting impression with guests.

From point of purchase to the perimeter, floor displays to fixtures, Morgan Li scaled up operations to handle this significant project at both this and the GAP location.
